Ketchup Sachet Design

This is actually from an article posted a few years back, but I just happened to stumble upon it and love the design. I’ve always got a deep fancy for different ways of looking at things, not to mention the creative uses of things that we take for granted everyday. In this case, the tear-off portion of the ketchup sachet is noticeably designed to show the horrors of what happens when a person happens to step on a landmine, with the ketchup flowing out illustrating the blood.

If you ask me, they really should put this out into the public. Landmines aren’t really a subject I’m into, but then again, awareness helps. Maybe if I’ve got some free time, I’ll take up designing ideas for ketchup sachets as a part-time subject.

Till then, enjoy the picture!
